Mother & Child is the sister and sequel publication to Premier Bride MS, which was “born” in 2002.

After trusting Premier Bride for their weddings, brides, now new moms, are turning to Premier Publishing for their babies and families with Mother & Child.

• Lynda Jungkind, Founder and Publisher

Lynda’s family includes a husband of 22 years, three children, two grandchildren, and four rescued animals – three dogs and a cat.  One of her dogs, Sadie, made her Cover Dog debut in volume three of Mississippi Baby & Child, Mother & Child’s predecessor.
Actively involved in community and civic affairs, Lynda has chaired and headed numerous organizations since she and her husband moved to Jackson, three weeks after their wedding. She has won numerous awards and accolades including Distinguished Salesman/Sales & Marketing Executives; Top 50 Businesswoman/Mississippi Business Journal; Silver Medalist/Jackson Advertising Federation.   Currently, Lynda is involved in Ronald McDonald House Charities, Madison/Ridgeland Rotary Club, St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, Fairy Godmothers, Advertising Federation of Jackson, Metro Jackson Attraction Association, MS/LA Bed & Breakfast Association, Metro Jackson Chamber, Ridgeland Chamber, and Madison the City Chamber.
When Lynda is not busy with Premier Publishing, family, or community, she enjoys being in her garden pulling weeds, smelling the dirt, and listening to the birds; playing tennis; and reading.

• Joyce A. Huskey, Editor

Joyce has been married for 12 years and has two children.
In addition to trying to keep pace with her beautiful, active, strong-willed, elementary-aged daughters, she attends to two cats that are still unhappy about having to revert from child to pet, and tries to maintain sanity by playing Bunko and scheduling time to read and shop.

• Johnelle Brewster, Account Executive

Johnelle has been married for 27 years and is a busy soccer mom to a 12 year old son. When she is not using her warm personality to build relationships with current and new accounts, she enjoys walking, gardening, and cooking.

• Katie Jones, Graphic Designer/Account Executive

Katie is a newlywed married last year and owner/parent to two Siberian Huskies, Fenix & Finlee. She holds a Graphic Design degree from Mississippi College and recently joined Premier Bride MS from Knoxville, TN.

• Meghan MacMillan, Administrative Assistant

Meghan, an intern for Premier Publishing, is completing her senior year at Mississippi State University. Majoring in Marketing, Meghan is a member of the American Marketing Association. She enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and bonding with her chocolate lab, Duke.
